Recently, Dezhou Aerospace PMA Graphene Production Base is nearing the end of the main project construction, and at the same time, equipment installation and debugging began to enter the trial production stage.

This project is a modern graphene electrothermal film production base integrating storage, transfer and production.With a total area of 100 mu, it can achieve an annual output of 1.5 million square meters of high-quality graphene electrothermal film.It also has a number of assembling production lines, all products can be fully autonomously manufactured, so the completion of the Dezhou production base also means that Aerospace PMA ’s leadership in graphite thermal management applications is firmer.

As a new strategic material in China's 13th Five-Year Plan, graphene plays a decisive role in the field of scientific and technological research and development.Dezhou has listed graphene industry as the top priority in its urban development planning, and has promoted the transformation of graphene application results by combining production, learning and research.Under the guidance of national policies, graphene has developed rapidly in China. At present, a graphene industry pattern with the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Shandong regions as the converging areas and distributed development in many places has been basically formed.

At present, the whole industry chain of graphene in China has taken shape, forming six market segments: new energy application, massive health application, composite material application, energy conservation and environmental protection application, graphene raw materials and graphene equipment.Among them, the thermal management application of graphene shines in the field of massive health, which is also one of the key directions combining with the civilian field. It is also one of the active fields in the market of graphene. Its main representative products include the far-infrared heating belt and heating eye mask of graphene for Aerospace PMA.

Dezhou production base started construction on June 22, 2020, whose construction period lasted six months. It was officially put into use on December 17, 2020 after inspection and acceptance. The factory is divided into two production workshops: Shandong DUNHOME Health Technology Co., Ltd., and Aerospace PMA Graphene Technology Co., Ltd.. DUNHOME is a subsidiary of Aerospace PMA holding company.DUNHOME workshop, which mainly produces health therapy products, and Aerospace PMA workshop, which mainly produces household gas wall-hanging stoves and graphene electric heaters, have been put into trial operation on February 3, 2021.

The factory is located in Dezhou,Shandong province economic and technological development zone in the Dongfanghong East Road Zhongyuan science and technology innovation industrial park. Its completion marks the transformation of the company from an e-commerce fast-selling company to an industrial production-oriented company. It also means that the product processing of the headquarters is transferred to the Dezhou factory, which is the benign development of the company's transformation to an intensive and modernized one.

The completion of the new plant has brought more advanced equipment and technology, provided nearly a thousand jobs for the local people, introduced a large number of management talents for the enterprise, improved the overall quality of products and laid a solid hardware foundation for the long-term development.
